LAYAO BY ATMA VOX / TERMS OF USE · OCTOBER 3, 2026
A little clarity.
Before you play.
These terms cover your use of layao, an independent Apple Music client provided by Yogesh Sai Dondapati under AtmaVox.
01 / Using layao
By using layao, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using and delete the app. You must be legally able to accept these terms; where needed, a parent or guardian must consent. The app is licensed, not sold, for personal lawful use on compatible devices under Apple’s applicable App Store rules.
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a separate custom EULA is provided in the App Store. These terms describe the service and do not reduce mandatory rights or override applicable Apple license terms.
02 / Apple Music and device requirements
layao requires iOS 18 or later and music authorization. Apple Music catalog playback requires an active eligible Apple Music subscription. Apple operates its music services, determines entitlement and catalog availability, and handles its subscriptions and billing under its own terms. layao does not bypass subscription checks or DRM.
Availability can vary by region, account, device and iOS version. Live Activities, Dynamic Island, audio routes, weather, and other system features depend on platform support and permissions. Some features may fall back when the system restricts them.
03 / Your choices and permitted use
You control music playback and library actions you initiate. Review actions before changing a queue, playlist, or library. Do not use layao to violate copyright, distribute music without authorization, evade access controls, attack services, or interfere with other users. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
App design and code belong to the developer or their licensors. Music, album artwork, trademarks, and catalog materials belong to their respective owners. Access through layao does not grant ownership or redistribution rights. Apple and Apple Music are Apple trademarks; layao is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
04 / Privacy and optional permissions
Our privacy policy explains MusicKit access, local records, optional location and weather, support information, and deletion. You may revoke permissions at any time. Features needing those permissions will then be limited.
05 / Availability, updates, and charges
We may update features, correct errors, or discontinue the app, subject to applicable law. Continuous availability, a particular catalog item, or compatibility with future Apple services cannot be guaranteed. Any download price is the price shown in the App Store. Apple Music charges are separate. Any future paid feature will disclose its price and terms before purchase.
06 / Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, layao is supplied as available without additional guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for outages of Apple services or loss arising from unauthorized use of your device.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or other protected rights. If these terms conflict with mandatory local law, that law controls.
07 / Ending use, changes, and contact
You can stop using layao at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel Apple Music. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with a new effective date and additional notice where required. These terms take effect October 3, 2026.
