Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the CernoviX application.

Your accounts and authorization

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions, protecting your device and account credentials, and revoking access if a device or account is compromised.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

CernoviX provides organizational and educational information only. It is not a bank, investment adviser, accountant, tax preparer, lawyer, or fiduciary. Do not rely on classifications, calculations, reminders, or planning prompts as professional advice.

Verify important information

Email parsing and automated classification can be incomplete or wrong. Verify amounts, dates, account activity, tax treatment, offers, and payment obligations against original provider records before acting.

Acceptable use

Do not use CernoviX to violate law, access another person’s account, send abuse or spam, bypass provider restrictions, or interfere with the app or connected services.

Third-party services

Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other mail providers are independent services governed by their own terms. AtmaVox does not control their availability, security, or account decisions.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, CernoviX is provided “as is” and without warranties. AtmaVox is not liable for decisions made from app output, missed messages, provider outages, or loss caused by failing to maintain independent records and backups. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
